Free visibility audit

The audit is free and carries no obligation. It is based on publicly available information and is provided for informational purposes. Sample materials on this site use a fictional spa and illustrative numbers.

Services and billing

Paid services are billed monthly, month-to-month, under a separate service agreement. You may cancel with 30 days’ notice. You own your Google Business Profile, Instagram and other accounts and data; we receive access only, which you may remove at any time.

What we guarantee

We guarantee deliverables, not outcomes. If we miss a weekly deliverable, that month’s fee is waived. If you cancel in the first 30 days, you keep the content we created. We do not guarantee any number of patients, consults, reviews or rankings.

Your content and patient photos

You confirm you have the rights to the photos and video you provide. Patient images are used only with the patient’s signed written authorization. Content is drafted with AI and reviewed by people, and nothing is posted without your approval.

Reviews

Review requests go to real patients, without incentives or sentiment filtering, consistent with the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465).

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Agency OS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
