Agency OS (“we”, “us”) provides marketing services to independent medical spas. This policy explains what we collect through medspa.agency-os.ai and how we use it.

## What we collect

When you request a free visibility audit we collect your spa name, city, website or Google Maps link, Instagram handle, first name, work email and, optionally, your main treatment. We also receive standard technical data such as IP address and browser type. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, patient names or any patient health information through this site.

## How we use form data

We use your details only to prepare and send your audit, to reply to you, and to follow up about our services. We review public information about your business (such as your Google Business Profile, Instagram and AI-search results) to build the audit. We do not sell your information. Submissions are stored on our website and sent to our team by email through our email provider.

## Patient photos and health information

For clients, we post patient images only when the patient has signed a written authorization, collected through our HIPAA-aware photo authorization workflow. We never publish patient names, treatment details or results without that authorization, and we never create fictional patients or results.

## Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver our services (such as hosting and email delivery), or when required by law.

## Retention and your choices

We keep audit requests for as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@agency-os.ai.
